Ernest the little bear and Selena the little mouse are traveling to Ernest's country Giberitia - they need to fix Ernest's broken violin. This exotic country is home to the world's best musicians, and happiness is constantly in the air because of music. However, when our characters finally arrive, they find out that all kinds of music have been banned here for many years.
