The exhibition presents Grėte Labanauskaitė's artistic project that bridges the gap between the blind and the sighted through non-visual fashion objects. Here, sight has no advantage - all objects can be (and are) perceived through the other senses, using imagination and memories. The exhibition aims to give visually impaired people the opportunity to explore fashion, while helping sighted people to rediscover the benefits and richness of their senses. In her work, designer Grėtė Labanauskaitė turns clothing into a "social tool". The tactile clothing collection "TU", created during her bachelor studies, won the Young Designer's Additional Prize'21 and the main prize of Design Day'21, and was presented at Lithuanian and foreign fashion events. The Master's thesis "Feel the Feeling" was a laureate of the Good Design'23 Awards.
