"Habits is about the power of habits and the tension of starting or acquiring them. About the freedom given by habits not to act, but to change them. About situations when we think, evaluate, choose, act out of habit, when out of habit we find ourselves where we have already been, when rethinking our habits we feel as if we have stepped on a rake that we thought we had safely placed. In a word, it is not easy with habits. In order to see these complicated relationships more clearly, habits need to be recorded. We did that with this album.
