This summer, visitors to Preila are invited to create an enigmatic narrative based on local stories and the hazy dreaminess and altered sense of time that comes with the changing seasons in seaside villages. "Daikteliavimas" by artists Ieva Kotryna Ski and Igne Narbutaitė is a video installation that can be seen through the windows of the Preila community centre, and text-based artworks that can be found on posters in the village. The project was created during an artist residency at the Nida Art Colony of the Vilnius Academy of Arts in 2022, and is being presented this summer by the NMK and the Nida Culture and Tourism Information Centre Agila. In 2025, the project will be continued as an installation and exhibition at the Lithuanian National Museum of Art's Pamari Gallery in Juodkrante.
