"Kedrostubùras is a band playing alternative rock, hip-hop, soul and jazz, or as they call it, Sea Wave. Its four members Matas, Pijus, Maks and Giedrius started playing and experimenting together at school and in the streets of Vilnius Old Town. The first competitions they won, such as Lofts' Novus'18 (1st prize) and Tamsta's Garažas'18 (3rd prize), gave the band's name a lot of visibility, and the members even more inspiration to keep going.

In 2019, a couple of years after the band's formation, the band's first album DEL was recorded and released to the world, full of summery, sea-inspired, youthful tracks, among which one can find elements of fancy language or even polka.

On 1 August 2021, Kedrostubùras released its second 12-song album NUX LUX. The second album is special because it is full of layers, different sounds, intertwining rhythms, filled with codes and connections, as if the album itself is always trying to unpick itself. The second album helped the band to expand its audience in Lithuania. "Kedrostubùras was nominated for the M.A.M.A. Awards in 2021 in the Breakthrough of the Year category, and won one of the music video categories of the KLIPVID competition with the music video "Jaupo10", directed by Mija Kembre.

In 2022, the band was joined by Antanas (trumpet), Laima (vocals) and Danielius who replaced the band's long-time bassist Giedrius. Kedrostubùras, rejuvenated, released its third album, KUR SEA VAI, in 2024, replacing the chaos of the past with a more mature approach to arrangements and melodies, without losing its playfulness, and at times still inviting you to party, even if you lack the strength.

With almost one and a half hundred concerts under its belt, Kedrostubùr is always on the move, giving every concert its full energy, concentration and love to the listener. Their greatest musical mission is that connection and witnessing the miracle of life and all the states it contains.
