We would like to invite all song-loving families to come together and sing together on the eve of February 16th. After all, often we want to go somewhere, but we are worried that our little friends will cry, run around or otherwise "disturb" the serious representatives of the adult world. Families don't have to worry about that at the Etnoerdvis sing-alongs - kids of all ages, parents, friends, neighbours, grandparents... Everyone who is familiar with the hustle and bustle, the loud joy and sadness, and the little curious eyes and hands.

Our nation, which has been building its independence for centuries, has left behind a lot of interesting, sensitive and sincere songs, which resound with love and pride, sorrow and peace, hope and happiness. Together, we will try to pass on this extraordinary treasure to the youngest participants of the event by learning simpler, but no less beautiful folk songs that encode love for Lithuania. We will not forget the adults - the programme of songs will be balanced for families, so that both the little ones and the parents will find a song they like.

During the event, we will sing, learn and even listen to the voices from the archives together. Songs, tea and biscuits are our concern, so just drop by and enjoy the fellowship and build up a repertoire for our freedom celebrations in the future.

The singing will be led by ethnomusicologist and double mother Vera Venckūnaitė. 

Price of the event - 7 Eur. The number of participants is limited.
The event is designed for participants and families of all ages. Children under 8 years of age do not need a ticket.
The purchased event ticket is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the event is cancelled or postponed due to the organizer's fault.

The event takes place in the premises of "Etnoerdvi" at Raitininkų str. 2-3 (entrance from the courtyard side, through the door hidden behind the green shrubs and the bushes).

Photographs and/or videos may be taken during the event, and the captured material will be made available for public. By attending the event, you agree to be seen in photographs and videos of the event and are informed that these photographs and videos may be made public.
