M.A.M.A. ceremony for the country's most important music awards
Music of the Year Awards, the country's music industry's umbrella association, today announces the dates for the major music event and the launch of ticket sales. Each year the ceremony, which recognises the country's best musicians and awards the prestigious M.A.M.A. statuettes, promises a host of vibrant musical performances and, as always, intrigue right up to the final moment.
The 14th edition of the M.A.M.A. ceremony, which will award the country's best music artists, songs, videos and albums for 2024, will take place on 24 January 2025 at Žalgiris Arena in Kaunas.
"Today we officially announce the date of the awards and the start of ticket sales. On 24 January next year, we will once again invite the country's music industry to Kaunas Žalgiris Arena to celebrate a spectacular year of music and honour the best of the best by awarding the M.A.M.A. statuettes," the organisers say.
The organisers promise that, as in every year, the ceremony will be packed with spectacular and surprising performances, raw emotions, and themes that will sweep the whole country.
The country's biggest music show is created by a number of professionals in their respective fields, who will bring their best experience and ideas to the awards ceremony, implementing the scenography, visual and performance solutions.
"Every year we strive to make this music celebration a unique experience and to raise the bar of the show to a higher level. The early preparation of the performances only adds to this. We already know that we are looking forward to a truly memorable celebration for the whole of Lithuania," the organisers intrigue.
The Music of the Year Awards Association reminds that last year the record number of awards (6) was won by the singer and musician Jessica Shy.
The M.A.M.A. ceremony will take place on 24 January 2025 at Kaunas Žalgiris Arena. Tickets for the event are distributed by Bilietai.lt. Tickets will cost more.
