The performance-impression is based on the facts of the biography and work of the well-known Lithuanian writer and pedagogue M.Pečkauskaitė-Šatrija Ragana (1877-1930), as well as the particularly intriguing story of her mysterious personal life: although many letters of the writer have survived, there is not one addressed to a very important person for her, near in which he lived a considerable part of his life - priest K. Bukant. It is said that before her death, the writer ordered her sister to burn her diaries...
The director and performer of the show, Birutė Mar, subtly travels in the footsteps of the writer, opening her letters and diaries that Shatrijos Ragana wrote from her youth, interpreting the works "Viktutė", "Why aren't you here", "Sename dvare" and others. fragments - thus trying to guess the secret of the Shatriya Witch. And also to reflect and remind the historical context of the writer's life and the values she cherished, which do not lose their relevance after a century has passed.
