How will it all work?

Saturday :
11:00 -13:30 - 1st Biodanza session
14:00 -15:00 - lunch and rest.
15:30 -17:30 - 2nd Biodanza session
18:00 - Sauna ceremony with the wonderful, magical sauna expert Birute Lenkyte.

Sunday
10:00 - Delicious Enjoyment Breakfast
11:30 - Women's Communion Circle - for sharing, sensing, integration, communion and the final Biodanza Ceremony
15:00 - Lunch and we will go home.

For those who want to indulge the body and enjoy the spa treatments, you can also come on a Friday afternoon, but please make arrangements with the administration of the Spa at Shanti Resort in advance!

Who is Biodanza?

Biodanza is a meaningful movement in communion with music that helps you to open your creative energy, connect with your higher self, know yourself, release trauma and resentment, awaken vitality, sexuality, creativity, love, empathy, transcendence.

Biodanza is commonly referred to as the Dance of Life, because we are actually dancing our lives every day!

When Rolando Toro (1924-2010) was asked in an interview how he could describe Biodanza - whether it is a psychic therapy, a system of self-development, a creative exercise, or a spiritual practice. He did not hesitate to answer:

"Biodanza is more than all that. Biodanza encompasses the whole human being. This methodology does not divide people into separate fragments. Biodanza has many healing effects, but that is not the goal. Biodanza is essentially a "reeducation in love" - to relearn that true, unconditional love."

What you need to bring:
Everything you might need for a weekend at the homestead and the supplies for the bathing ceremony.
For Biodanza practices, comfortable clothes that do not restrict your movements. We will dance barefoot.

The price of this experience weekend is 250 EUR until 30 December.

This experiential weekend will be hosted by me - Laimutė Beržinskaitė, the leader of Biodanza.

I have lived in Norway since 2011. I am now clearly aware that it was life that put me on my path to meet this special methodology, which for me combined all the other self-development practices that I had experienced and practiced until then. Since then I have been leading weekly Biodanza sessions, retreats, workshops, Biodanza holidays in Greece, Lithuania and hikes in the mountains of Norway, along with Biodanza, meditation and other experiential practices.
I am currently working in the health care field and I devote all my free time to Biodanza, meditations, individual intuitive coaching and continuing Biodanza studies.

The wedding ceremony will be conducted by Birutė Lenkytė Masiliauskienė. I have named her Bitute, who is constantly flying around the world and sharing not only the magical pleasures of the sauna but also the all-encompassing experience of consciousness development. She is also the president of the Professional Sauna Practitioners' Association, and most importantly, a wonderful woman who shares her love, knowledge and expertise.
