Event description
What you don't hear at school, the films in this programme will show you, expanding our field of current affairs. Religious and political terror is forgotten, the inability to come to terms with historical changes, the current divisions in society and the resulting tensions. With this programme, we want to draw the viewer's attention to the issues that make us anxious about the future, which are not talked about in schools, the media and social networks. It is important not to remain indifferent. N-13
The programme is prepared by the Young Programmers, an initiative of the Art Hive, now in its eighth year, where senior high school students interested in cinema, accompanied by professional film curators, educators and communicators, select films that are relevant to them, and programme, present, screen and publicise them in cinemas and festivals. This initiative is part of the Young4Film network of European film festivals funded by the EU's Creative Europe MEDIA sub-programme and inspired by the international Moving Cinema project.
