What is it?
It is the most popular change management programme in the WORLD, with more than 100.000 change management experts in the organisation! Since 2020, this programme is now available in Lithuania.
This 3-day intensive and practical programme is designed to provide participants with the latest knowledge of change management in organisations and to develop real-world change project management skills. Participants will not only learn about the latest WORLD-class best practice methodologies, but will also create a management plan for a specific change that is being implemented (or planned to be implemented).

The Prosci® Change Management Certification Programme is designed for individuals who are responsible for the implementation of change in organisations. Participants in this programme are usually:

Programme**
Day 1 (08.45 - 17.30):
Day Three (08.45 - 16.45)
** - In order for participants to receive the Prosci® Programme Certificate, they must: a) pass the Knowledge Check with 80%, b) have not missed more than 2 hours of the programme.
Training Materials:
During the training, participants will receive a detailed and comprehensive workbook, various change management assessment tools, a summary of "Change Management Best Practices" research (English), a 12-month "Change Management Best Practices" research summary (English), a 12-month training course, and a 12-month training course in the field.
Additional information:
The cost of the training includes meals during all 3 days of the training (snacks in the mornings, breaks and lunch). Participants are also required to bring a computer or tablet with WiFi access and Microsoft Office system installed.

Consultant:
Lukas Mackevičius is a consultant and partner of Change Partners and the only certified consultant in Lithuania who is able to deliver training based on Prosci® methodologies. Lukas has 10+ years of successful leadership and consulting experience, has worked with more than 50 private and public organizations, has helped plan and implement organizational changes in corporate culture, strategy, investment and profit recovery projects. He has gained additional training experience in the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Denmark and Norway, including international (Prosci, USA) accreditation as a change practitioner and advanced consultant. Lukas holds an MSc in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School.
