Modelling is an activity that requires no prior preparation or special
skills. We meet, stop the clocks, get creative, talk about the wonders of
Life and blow up the cups as if we were doing it every day.

You say you don't know how to draw, that art isn't for you, and that you learnt in school that not everybody
can be an artist. If you think so, then we should definitely meet, because I really
know that there are no untalented people! The proof is that for more than ten years, hundreds of people have decorated cups, none of which was the least bit unusual, uninteresting or uninventive.

This is why this art therapy session is the most popular of all creative activities, and why, once participants have tried it, they keep coming back. Because the moments spent together
