In a small village in a wildlife reserve full of Africa's most exotic animals lives Tabo, an orphan boy who is 11 years old but already knows how to drive a car, and whose biggest dream is to become the world's best detective one day. By day, he and his uncle drive his huge jeep around the reserve's most interesting places, introducing the wildlife to visiting tourists, and in the evenings, he watches detective films with Mrs Agata, but there has never been a serious case to investigate in the small town of Hlatikulu.
