The wild sounds of the plate drum, Latvian traditional harp kokle, modulating synthesizers and frantic live looping, combined with his exceptional guitar skills - that's how you could describe the music of Reinis Jaunais, a well-travelled musician from Riga, Latvia.
When you watch him perform, it can be hard to believe there is only one person on stage. His songs are a real treat for guitar lovers, as they are performed using unique guitar playing techniques such as fingerstyle, tapping, percussive playing, etc.
Reinis has been performing all over the world for many years, bringing back many wonderful music videos from his travels, which he openly shares with the audience. This gives a great insight into his incredible travel experiences. He has recently released an album of his instrumental music "Nest", which he will be presenting in Palanga.
