Rūta Ščiogolevaitė (vocals)
Paulius Zdanavičius (piano)
Vytautas Skudas (trumpet, flugelhorn)
Seeing Rūta Ščiogolevaitė on stage, one can't be in the slightest doubt that she is just made for this. Radiant with charisma, captivating with her strong, expertly controlled voice, charming with her artistry and tasteful repertoire, the singer easily wins the sympathy of audiences in Lithuania and other countries. This is confirmed not only by full houses and warm applause, but also by her fellow singers on stage: "a very talented singer with a wide, warm, expressive and colourful range of voice. She can easily follow different styles of music. She is comfortable singing not only solo but also in a backing vocal group. She exudes energy and vigour on stage. All listeners are fascinated by her artistry and easy communication" (Steponas Januška, vocalist of Studija). Singer Rosita Čivilytė agrees that "Rūta Ščiogolevaitė is one of the few vocalists of the younger generation in Lithuania who is able to sing professionally not only in pop, but also in various styles and genres. It is quite clear from listening to her that she has mastered the basics of musical writing, interpreting and phrasing freely. She can defend Lithuania's musical name not only in our country but also abroad."
