Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland meets Vladimir Nabokov's Lolita in a slapstick satire of contemporary American political and social realities. Lilian, a high-school student, is separated from her classmates on a trip to Washington DC and embarks on a kaleidoscopic journey through the East Coast, where her unexpected companions include squatters, neo-Nazis and leftist filmmakers. As Lilian changes names and "measures" her new identities, a portrait of a radicalised, politically divided America unfolds before the eyes of the audience, spiced with a good dose of humour and absurdity, teetering on the edge of political correctness.
