The concerts in Kaunas will be an exceptional event: in the summer of 2024, they will be the only performances of Ed Sheeran's tour throughout the entire Baltic States. It is already known that British singer Calum Scott will be a special guest at Ed Sheeran's concerts in Kaunas, but it is very likely that he will not be the only guest on the stage.
Tickets for Ed Sheeran's concerts are available for sale only after registering on Bilietai.lt. The event organisers warn that in order to avoid ticket resale and possible fraud, the tickets will be personalised and available in digital format only, and there will be no option to purchase a paper version of the ticket. "When buying tickets, we urge you to make sure that you have entered your personal data correctly - not only tickets but also personal documents will be checked at the entrance to the concert. One person will be able to buy a maximum of 6 tickets, and all those who have bought tickets will receive them closer to the event," say the organisers of Ed Sheeran's concert.
After a 5-year break, global mega-star Ed Sheeran is returning to the Baltics for what will undoubtedly be his most impressive ever show. The audience will be treated to a special circular stage, giving all fans the chance to see the artist face-to-face, with a huge 360-degree stage and 6 double-sided, guitar-plex screens above the stage, broadcasting a live view. Pyrotechnic effects will also add to the experience.
The idea behind the Maths Tour is simple: to showcase what Ed Sheeran has created over the last 12-13 years. "Shivers", "The A Team", "Castle on the Hill", "Thinking Out Loud", "Photograph", "Perfect", "Shape of You", "Bad Habits", "Sing", "You Need Me", "I Don't Need You", "Eyes Closed", "Overpass Graffiti", "Galway Girl", "Galway Girl", etc.
Those lucky enough to have attended previous Ed Sheeran tours say that words fail to describe the experience: "This is a show that will stay with me for a long time. I wouldn't change a thing, the experience is simply amazing. It's a great experience, it's a wonderful experience, it's an amazing experience, it's an amazing experience, it's an amazing experience. According to concertgoers, "Despite the size of the stadium and the high level of technical and staging solutions, there is still quite an intimate atmosphere as Ed Sheeran sings standing on a rotating stage in the middle of the crowd and looking out at all the spectators."
This is exactly what Ed Sheeran's team wanted to do: "We wanted to create something that we had never seen before, a show that was as unique and as special as it could be. It's a powerful show in a technical sense, but at the same time it creates a sense of theatre, and the attention to detail adds to the uniqueness."
There's no doubt that Ed Sheeran is one of the most successful singer-songwriters of all times. Often referred to in the media as the "Icon of British Music", Sheeran's contribution to global pop music is immense: with 7 studio albums, 17 EPs, 65 singles and 150 million records sold, it is no wonder that he is one of the most commercially successful musicians in history. Sheeran's list of awards and achievements is extensive: he has won 185 Grammy, Brit, BBC, MTV, Ivor Novello, AMA and other awards and has been nominated 467 times. Each of Ed Sheeran's 4 world tours have broken popularity records: his previous tour, Divide, was attended by 9 million fans and grossed almost $1 billion in ticket sales. The Mathematics Tour is expected to do even better.
