...A celebration at the Queen's Palace - the christening of a newborn daughter. All the fairies, except for one old pixie, Karaba, were invited to be the godmothers. The good fairies endow the princess with the finest qualities - she will be the most beautiful, the cleverest, the best. In the midst of the festivities, the evil fairy Karabos suddenly appears with her entourage. Annoyed that she was not invited to the christening, she predicts that although the girl will grow up as the others wished, when she comes of age she will prick her finger and die. But the spell can be broken by the Olive Fairy...." This is the beginning of the BALLET SPECTACLE - Festive Christmas stories set to Tchaikovsky's most beautiful works. Ballet soloists from France (Marine Portalier), England (Ben Davis) and Lithuania (Olga Konošenko), together with students from ballet studios (Ballet for You and Olga Konošenko Ballet Studio) will present a ballet performance for the whole family.
