The Cement Eclipses project was born in 2006 as a nomadic project in public spaces and has been ongoing ever since. Today, Isaac Cordal's work can be found in cities such as Berlin, London, Bogotá, Brussels, Zagreb, Vienna, Taipei, Milan, New York, Amsterdam, Paris, Hanoi and more. Through miniaturization and deliberate placement, Isaac Cordal magically expands the imagination of the pedestrians who find his sculptures on the street.
"Cement Eclipses" is a critical definition of how we behave as a social mass. This artwork aims to draw attention to our devalued relationship with nature by looking critically at the side effects of our evolution. With the director's masterful touch, these figures appear in places that quickly open doors to other worlds.
