⚫️ Keista Bjauri Žuvis is an experimental music duo of Aistė Kalvelytė (drums) and Julius Čepukėnas (electronics). The band's genre-defying work is influenced by various musical styles - free jazz, punk rock, ambient, krautrock, IDM and many others. Keistos Bjaurios Žuvies' works are long, dynamic, full of improvisational elements, sounding different every time and creating an authentic connection with the audience.
The duo started sharing their work in 2021 and have been performing actively in Lithuania and abroad since then. In 2022 they won the first prize in the young bands competition "Muzikos inkubatorius NOVUS". Last year they released their debut album "Legs Are For Swimming".
