In this fast-moving world, we need to look for a calm place to stop and talk, to learn and to be inspired. That's why on 9-11 April, PC Europa and the social initiative "Different Colours" will organise a series of events on emotional health called "Stop to Talk, Know and Inspire", inviting citizens to stop and take a break.
The title of the event is a message to those who are experiencing burnout, who feel lost in their daily routine, who are not able to find their inner voice, or who are interested in their emotional health. Each day of the event will invite you to experience a different state of mind, to learn more about life-work balance, stress management, the effects of therapies on the body, relationships with colleagues or employers, and the right ways to help yourself.
3 days, 3 stops with some of the most renowned emotional health specialists and people from Lithuania. The event will be moderated by Dalius Stankevičius, founder of the social initiative "Different Colours".
