Event description
"True love is like a perfect melody - it penetrates the heart and stays forever."
On the evening of 14 February, we invite you to immerse yourself in the world of love and music - a fusion of enchanting sounds of the saxophone and the piano, where words will give way to musical language. This special Valentine's Day experience will combine the most famous love ballads and the most famous pieces of popular music, which will be delicately and masterfully performed by two musicians who are much loved by the audience - saxophone virtuoso Juozas Kuraitis and jazz pianist Edgar Sabilo.
The programme of this evening is designed not only to create a romantic mood, but also to create an emotional bond between the performers and the audience. Juozas Kuraitis is one of Lithuania's most sought-after saxophonists, whose works are winning popularity on social platforms and captivating thousands of listeners. His performance is not only music, but also a unique experience, complemented by the accompaniment of Edgars Sabils, a charismatic and sensitive pianist. This duo will give you a magical opportunity to escape from everyday life on Valentine's Day and immerse yourself in a world of sensual melodies.
The concert will take place in the Great Hall of the Lithuanian Academy of Sciences - a cosy space in the heart of Vilnius, where every note and every chord will take on a special sound. The saxophone is an instrument whose warmth and charm are inseparable from romantic music, while the piano - the king of instruments - fills every moment of the melody with life and emotion.
On 14 February, let's come together to celebrate what remains eternal - love, feelings and the music that speaks for us.
