We invite you to experience together the lost beauty and magic of this holiday... Travel back in time to see real vintage Valentine's cards - the most delicate and ornate of all... Truly filigree! Take a trip to a 19th-century sweet shop somewhere - even in Vilnius! - and... maybe pick out some sweets for Valentine's Day... Talk about... CHOCOLATE! After all, next to delicate greeting cards, it was one of the most frequent gifts. Taste hot chocolate from a real vintage chocolate maker! And vintage bonbons and other Valentine's Day treats from the history of 19th century confectionery. Learn and discover many other wonders and surprises of this holiday...
And during the workshop we will do something we have never done before - BUILD multilayered dimensional Valentine's cards! We will use real parts still made according to 19th century designs: Dresden cardboard details, cut-outs, paintings, old technology...
