We invite you to pay for your child's theatre group for the month of October.
GREETING:
1.1.The Theatre Studio Organiser organises the theatre studio classes
1.2.The theatre classes are organised for children aged between 4 to 12 years old in the theatre for children "Start".
2.1 The organiser of the Studio undertakes to:
2.1.1. enrol a participant in the Theatre Studio between September 2024 and May 2025.
2.1.2. ensure that the classes are led by staff with experience of theatre acting, directing and teaching.
2.1.3. to develop and implement a thematic-creative programme of the Theatre Studio.
2.1.4. to promote the development of children's body, mind, feelings and culture.
2.1.5. to provide feedback on the participant's day and his/her achievements at the end of the sessions, if requested by a representative of the participant of the Studio.
2.1.6.
2.1.7. to inform immediately the representative of the Participant or another person designated by the representative in case of illness or accident during the Study.
2.1.8. to change the plan and structure of the sessions during the season, taking into account the needs and possibilities of the particular group of children.
2.1.9. The Organiser is not responsible for any belongings left and/or lost during the Studio and will not compensate for any losses incurred as a result.
2.1.10. The Organiser reserves the right to unilaterally change the leader of the session at its own discretion, without any prior notice.
2.1.11. The Organiser reserves the right to change the time of the session, the group, at its sole discretion, with no less than 1 week's notice to the Participant's representative.
2.1.12. The session leader may refuse to admit a Participant to the session if the Participant is unruly, damages the equipment of the hall or physically assaults the other children participating in the session, or is psychologically violent.
2.3 The participant's representative (parent/guardian) undertakes to:
2.3.1. pay the organiser for the organisation services.
2.3.2. check the child's health and present the Study leader with the Child's Health Certificate issued not earlier than one year ago or a copy thereof.
2.3.3. accept liability and indemnify the organiser of the Studio if the participant they represent causes damage to the organiser of the Studio, the promoter, other participants or property used during the Studio by his/her own intentional actions during the course of the activities.
III. COST OF SERVICES AND REIMBURSEMENT PROCEDURES
3.1.The representative of the Participant shall pay EUR 45/month and EUR 85/month for the Participant's attendance at the Classes during the period specified in Clause 2.1.1, The Participant's fee is payable once a month, for the current month, by the 10th day of the month.
3.3. If the Participant misses one or more sessions, the monthly fee is not reduced and the session is not rescheduled.
IV. Student's Representative understands that there is a normal risk of illness, injury or damage to the Participant during the Sessions. The Study Leader shall ensure that non-formal activities are not undertaken during the sessions.
4.2. Children of different ages may be accommodated in the group, subject to the approval of the Study Leader.
4.3. The Study Leader may suggest that the Participant be moved to another group, based on the Participant's abilities and needs, in order to achieve the best outcome for both the Participant and the group.
