Traditional Republican Chapel Festival "Gaida" | Užgavėnės "Žiema, žiema , run from the yard..." UZGAVĖNĖ and the traditional 26th Republican Chapel Festival "GAIDA". 10 February, 2 pm. On 14.10. at the Anykščiai Cultural Centre we will meet the bands we have already seen and heard, as well as the bands participating in the festival for the first time. Bands from Ukmergė, Panevėžys, Zarasai, Birštonas, Raseiniai, Kaunas, Vilkaviskis and Anykščiai will delight us with their songs and music, and the cheerful hosts will certainly not make us sad. Traditionally, the audience will choose the band they like best. If the weather is favourable, after the concert, we will burn Lent in the courtyard of the cultural centre and "Let's suck the winter out of the courtyard".
