Morta, Bona, Julia, Faustina, Mary, Judith, Francisca Ursula, Fania, Ona, Elizabeth Magdalena, Clara, Marcelė... - the women of Vilnius who really knew what they wanted. Creativity and freedom, power and influence, God's blessing and love for their neighbours, parties and feasts, passion, family, careers, science, victories, prosperity for their people, changes in society - they all decided, chose and acted on their own.
For some of them Vilnius was their birthplace, for others it was just a stopover, for some it was welcoming and magical, for others it was harsh and cold, for some of them the streets are called by their names and their houses are marked by commemorative plaques, for others the names of others may even be forgotten by many people.

This is a tour of the women of different epochs and destinies who used to rush along the cobblestones of Vilnius, and whose work, creations and ideas have remained a part of the memory of the city until today.

The event will take place in all weathers, just remember to wear appropriate clothing :)
