On 14 March at 19.00, the European Parliament will hold a meeting of the European Parliament's Committee on the Protection of Human Rights. In this enchanting concert "Masters of the Vocal", we will hear three extremely talented soloists: the Lithuanian National Prize for Culture and Arts laureate Asta Krikščiūnaitė (soprano), the Latvian young generation soloist Vera Talerko (soprano) and the charming Ignas Melnikas (bass-baritone).
Alongside these excellent singers, the Vilnius City Municipality's St. Christopher Chamber Orchestra, led by the charismatic conductor Modestas Barkauskas.
A carefully curated evening programme featuring excerpts from operas by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Gaetano Donizetti, Léo Delibes and Georges Bizet will take you on a wonderful musical journey.
