At the turn of the year, miracles happen at the UGNELĖ Music School: nature falls silent, and we feel the urge to talk about what is most important to us. We open ourselves up to the many shares that happen at holiday parties and performances, we write letters to our teachers thanking them for an unforgettable year, and we make little gifts for our best friends to remind them that we'll be longing for the holidays. But the biggest sharing is during the festive concert: we stand on the brightly lit stage with our classmates and, with smiles and modesty on our faces, find our loved ones sitting in the audience chairs. We sing to them because we don't always know how to say that we love them more than anything else in the world, but we have experienced that music can speak for us when we are at a loss for words. This language of music is a miracle that we share with excitement and gratitude every year during the winter holidays.
