Klaipėda St. The organ of the Francis of Assisi Chapel was built in 2013 by Sigit Benediktas Jurtis OFM. The new three-manual concert instrument was manufactured by the Austrian company Rieger Orgelbau. Along with the new organ, a unique cultural center began to operate in Klaipėda, and the tradition of spreading organ music was revived. In commemoration of the tenth anniversary of Klaipėda "Rieger Orgelbau" organ St. The program of the Franciscan Organ Music Festival will include 10 organ music concerts: eight recitals by Lithuanian and foreign organists, a performance by an organist duo and Marcel Dupré's "St. Mishparai of the Virgin Mary" for Gregorian chant and organ.
