Everyone knows what the word yes means. Everyone knows what no means. Everyone knows what wrong means, but what does YES mean?
"YES" is a musical performance in which a mother and father raise two prostitutes, who, of course, grow up to be personalities with a strong character and a favorite word. However, always saying only "yes" or only "no" can lead to real confusion that makes you turn your head a lot!
Ever since childhood, when we see a traffic light, we know that a red flashing signal means a prohibition to walk or drive, and a green one means freedom to move. Often we don't even notice when we begin to understand the red light and the word "no" as limiting, negative things, and the green light and the word "yes" as all-round good. But is it really always like this? Maybe sometimes "no" protects us, and "yes", on the contrary, puts us in danger?
The play "YES" playfully invites you to look at some seemingly self-evident beliefs from a new angle and to see that "yes" is not always good and "no" is not always bad. Accompanied by the enthusiasm of the creative team, the young viewers and their parents will have the opportunity to see for themselves - getting caught up in the confusion of YES and NO can be simple and very fun!
