Adams Juška: The performance will be about a particularly sensitive person - Johannes Elija Alderis, about his relationship with love, music and death. About a person who lives, feels and finally dies without any compromises. About a person who is able to perceive music immediately, sensually, and at the same time is able to accept and hear the world around him as music. Maybe it's not possible in reality, but I want to create about the impossible. About impossible sensitivity, impossible love. It is not for nothing that Elias plays the organ in the piece, and not another instrument - the purpose of the organ has always been religious and spiritual. And human life and destiny sometimes obey more the laws of music. Each person "plays" a certain piece with his life, thoughts, and actions.
The question is how much beauty, ideas, feeling and dynamics there will be in that work. And speaking of theatrical expression - when rehearsing with the actors, we try to make the basis of the performance not dramaturgy, but music - so that the very nature of the performance - even the presence and actions of the actors on the stage - is truly musical.
