The program includes the most popular pop songs by Lithuanian composers
What's new? This is a well-forgotten old one. But there are some things we don't want to forget, the good old songs that generations listen to and sing. We don't know the name of the song or the author, but we remember the words and the melody very well: "Your sweet eyes", "Green stop", "I'll wait for you when you come", "Two two two, let's sing two by two", "Soft fluff, you know" and many others. These songs were composed by Benjamin Gorbulskis, Algimantas Raudonikis, Mikalojus Novikas, Mikas Vaitkevičius and other prominent Lithuanian composers of popular music, and the stories of the songs will be presented by soloist Giedrius Prunskus.
The soloists of the Kaunas State Musical Theater and an excellent instrumental group invite the listeners to remember the Lithuanian pop songs of the last century that have not lost their popularity until now, sung by the most prominent performers then, and now shining with new colors and expressive arrangements.
