In this creative movement laboratory, we invite families to get involved in the whirlwind of dance together and reduce anxiety and stress by moving to the rhythm of dance. Dance is able to change a person's mood and help to assess oneself, one's abilities, family members and friends and the surrounding environment in a more positive way. Dance - through the game, performing movement, creative, rhythmic exercises. Children are made aware that every movement we make in our everyday life is part of a dance. During the class, we are "here and now", we are looking for new ways of moving, we learn to improvise with movement, create movement sequences arising from individual creativity and hear new music. By involving families together with children, we learn to communicate and cooperate, to freely express our thoughts and emotions and to do this not only with words, but with our bodies.
The purpose of education: to develop a creative personality, promote self-confidence, reveal abilities and individuality, strengthen cooperation.
