The mission of the Ramygala Cultural Center is to create conditions for the development of amateur art and the continuity of creative activity, the development and dissemination of new cultural forms, the free expression of public culture and active participation in cultural activities, the nurturing and dissemination of culture and traditions; to form the spiritual and material values of society, to develop a creative, democratic, free and open community. The Ramygala Cultural Center organizes celebrations of national holidays and memorable dates, city festivals make important facts of the history of Lithuania and Panevėžys district municipality meaningful. Traditional calendar holidays are organized, and the folklore festival fosters national traditions.
