At the Art School, creative space and pedagogical support for personal self-expression, rich leisure time, and the development of interests will be provided to informal organisations of pupils, young people, and adults, which promote the moral, national, and civic awareness, patriotism, and cultural and social maturity of the pupils, and which help them to meet the needs for self-education and self-expression.
