The Vilnius Photography Gallery (Stiklių str. 4, Vilnius) started operating in 1974. February 28 It is one of the two galleries of the Lithuanian Union of Photographic Artists in Vilnius, which exclusively promotes photography and exhibits the works of artists who use this medium in their work in a broad sense.
Every year, about 10-12 author and curatorial exhibitions of photography classics and contemporary Lithuanian and foreign artists are held here. Unlike Prospect Gallery, Vilnius Photography Gallery exhibits young and more experimental authors with photographic media.
