The objectives of the cultural center's activities are the development of cultural, artistic, educational and informational activities, the creation of non-formal education, artistic programs, the development of entertainment programs, the cultivation of ethnic culture, amateur art, the initiation, preparation and implementation of cultural and art projects, the dissemination of professional art, developing and meeting the cultural needs of the community, fostering the culture of national minorities and ensuring creative self-expression.
