In 2002, he graduated from the Vilnius Academy of Arts (architecture). He creates scenery, mostly for performances directed by E. Nekrošias in Lithuanian and foreign theaters. M. Nekrošius succinctly expresses the idea of drama in his scenes, and symbolically interprets household objects.
