in 1984 graduated from Vilnius Salomejas Nėries secondary school. in 1990 finished
Vilnius Academy of Fine Arts, received a master's degree from the Royal College of Art in London. Creates interdisciplinary art. He started writing for the press in 2002. Since 2005 writes critical and satirical comments for the weekly newspaper "7 meno dienos" and other cultural publications. Writes experimental prose and poetry. in 2015 based on her book "Bedalis ir labdarys" a performance of the same name was staged in the Vilnius Little Theater (director Gabrielė Tuminaitė). Excerpts from this book are published in the anthology Best European Fiction (Dalkey Archive Press, 2016). Translated from English. in 2017 curated the Kaunas Contemporary Art Biennale "There is and there is not: The question of the (im)possibility of a monument". Lives and works in London and Vilnius.
