Albinas Kėleris was born on 22 November 1957. Born on 1957 in Panevėžys.
In 1973-1976 he studied at the Juozas Miltinis Drama Studio. In 1986 he graduated from the present Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre. He has been working in the theatre since 1976, has created more than 100 roles and directed 5 plays. He has also worked in cinema, television and radio.
In 2008, he won the Golden Stage Cross for his supporting role as Count Almaviva. In 2012 he received the Government Prize for Culture and Arts.
