Lolita Martinonytė was born on 29 October 1962. Born on 29th birthday in Kaunas, Lithuania.
In 1978-1980 she studied at the drama studio under the direction of J. Vaitkus at Kaunas Drama Theatre. In 1984 she graduated from the Actor's Mastery Department of the Lithuanian State Conservatoire under the direction of Prof. A. Savickaitė.
