Biografia
Asta Preidytė was born on 27 March 1960 in Biržai.
From 1966 to 1977 she studied at Panevėžys 2nd Secondary School. In 1975-1978 she attended a theatre studio under the direction of director Juozas Miltinis. In 1979 she was accepted to work as an actress at the Panevėžys Drama Theatre. In 1987, she graduated from the State Conservatoire of Drama, majoring in drama theatre acting.
In 2005, she was awarded the Golden Stage Cross for the role of Margarita in the play of the same name.
