Jolita Skukauskaitė was born on 25 August 1980. Born on August 28th, 1980 in Utena.
In 2002, she graduated from the Faculty of Theatre and Film of the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, where she studied acting under the guidance of A. She studied at the Academy of Performing Arts in Lithuania. In 2003 she started working as an actress at the Juozas Miltinis Drama Theatre.
