in 1990 He graduated from Lithuanian language and literature studies at Vilnius University. He worked in the editorial offices of "Aitvaros", "Literatūros ir meno", "Lietuvos aido", "Lietuvos ryto", "Šiaurės Atėnų". 2003-2007 was the editor of "North Athens". 2002-2003 had a column in the weekly "Veidas". Currently, he writes texts for various periodicals. Works have been translated into English, Albanian, Greek, Italian, Latvian, Polish, Slovenian, Swedish, German and other languages.
