Born 18 December 1970 in Širvintos.
1991-1995 studied Lithuanian Studies at Vilnius University. Worked as a reviewer for the weekly "Literatūra ir menas" (1994-1996) and the daily "Lietuvos rytas" (1997-1999). From 1999 to 2003 he was an editor of the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Lithuania, from 2004 to 2009 he was a rapporteur of the President of the Republic of Lithuania. From 2008 to 2012, he worked as a senior specialist in the Parliamentary History and Commemoration Division of the Seimas. Since 2003, he has written scripts for television programmes ("Dviračio šou", "Ragai", "Dar pažiūrėsim!", "Ateities lideriai", "Our Freedom Years" and others), and has written over 200 lyrics for songs and theatre. In 2014-2015 he worked as an editor and editor-in-chief at the Lithuanian Writers' Union Publishing House. In 2016, he worked as an editor at Versus Aureus Publishing House. He has published poems, critical articles and reviews in the cultural press, and his poetry has been included in various almanacs and anthologies ("Poezijos pavasaris", "Poetinis Druskininkai ruduo", "Žiemos poezija"). Her work has been translated into English, German, Swedish, Finnish, Russian, Belarusian, Polish and other languages
