At the Lithuanian Opera and Ballet Theatre, he staged 35 operas, wrote librettos and produced stage works by Lithuanian composers, translated 17 librettos of works by foreign authors into Lithuanian (Paulis Hindemitas, musical sketch "There and Back", Domenikas Čimaroza, "Kapelmeisteris"). He wrote articles about vocal art and musical theater, N. Vaccai adapted Lithuanian folk proverbs and proverbs for the collection "Singing exercises" (1989).
