Choir and orchestra conductor, pedagogue Tomas Ambrozaitis (b. 1979) studied choral conducting at the Stasios Šimkaus Conservatory of his native Klaipėda, then continued his studies at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater (1997–2001), the Klaipėda University Faculty of Arts (now LMTA Klaipėda Faculty) as a master's student (2001– 2003). in 2000 interned at the Leipzig F. Mendelssohn-Bartholdy School of Music and Theater, participated in the conducting courses of baroque music specialist Rinaldo Alessandrini in Vilnius, organized by the "Jauna muzika" choir. Later, at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater, he obtained the degree of licentiate of arts (2007) and graduated with a master's degree in symphonic and opera conducting studies with prof. Juoz Domarkas (2018).
