Born in 1956 October 6 In Klaipėda, in the family of actor, director, long-time director of the Klaipėda Drama Theater Boleslovas Juškevičius and pedagogue Janina Juškevičienė. As a child, he played episodic roles in drama theater performances, and learned to play the accordion. Later, he graduated from the music theory specialty at Klaipėda S. Šimkaus Higher Music School (1975), studied at the Klaipėda Pedagogical Faculty of the Vilnius Conservatory, and obtained a music teacher's diploma (1979). Avoiding service in the Soviet Army in 1979-1984. taught at Kartena secondary school (Kretinga district). He continued his teaching activities at the Klaipėda S. Šimkaus Conservatory (1995–2008), held concerts as a soloist with the conservatory's folk music ensemble "Kupolė" (1996–2011), toured in Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Switzerland. 2003-2018 Docent of the Department of Theater, Academy of Arts, Klaipėda University, since 2018. - Docent of the Klaipėda Faculty of the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater.
He studied vocal techniques with Vidas Kuraitė, improved with Antanas Bajerčiai. Invited by the then artistic director and chief conductor of the Klaipėda Folk Opera Kazios Kšanas, in 1978. debuted on the stage of this theater as Pifkė in C. Millöcker's operetta "Student beggar", 1984-1986. was a soloist of the Klaipėda Folk Opera Theater. in 1987 after the establishment of the Klaipėda State Musical Theater, he became its first director (until 1989), then continued his work as a soloist. Created more than 70 roles in operas, operettas, musicals staged at the Klaipėda State Music Theater, and also collaborated with the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theater, Klaipėda Drama and Castle Theaters. The soloist is a prominent performer of bass-baritone character roles, the closest of which to him are Duke Bazil Bazilović in F. Lehár's operetta "Count of Luxemburg", Bartola G. Rossini in "The Barber of Seville", Pičem in B. Brecht's "Threepenny Opera", Milkman Tevjė J. Bock's musical "Fiddler on the Roof".
He also directed a dozen theatrical concerts at the Klaipėda State Music Theater. Among them are "All for Love", "Searching for Paradise of Love", "From Baroque to Rock", "Long live Spain", "Operetta - my love", "I love a musical". 2003-2004 directed concerts in the dolphinarium of the Lithuanian Maritime Museum.
