Founder, conductor and teacher of the Panevėžys Musical Theatre. in 1982 graduated from the Lithuanian Academy of Music, qualified as an orchestra soloist and teacher. He taught at Panevėžys Conservatory for almost 15 years.
in 1990 became the conductor of the Panevėžys Chamber Orchestra.
In 1993, on the initiative of V. Kapučinskas, the Panevėžys Musical Theater was founded (he held the position of director until 2019).
