Rytis Janilionis (soloist, baritone) (born January 12, 1977 in the village of Krikliniai, Pasvalis district)He completed his Bachelor of Music studies (2003) at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theater, later with prof. Sabina Martinaitytė obtained a master's degree in music and a professional qualification as a performer (2006).He studied at the opera studio of the Lithuanian National Opera and Ballet Theater in 2008, and is currently an intern at Vytautas the Great University docent Rita Novikaitė.In 2006, he won the Grand Prix at the international competition "21st Century Art" (Kiev-Vorzel), the second prize at the B. Grincevičiūtė chamber singing competition.For fostering musical culture and merits in promoting the name of Kaunas and Lithuania in 2017. awarded with the thanks of the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania Liana Ruokytė-Jonsson.
